Brian Burton, Managing Partner
Mr. Burton has over 25 years of investment banking and debt and equity investment management experience for high net worth individuals and private equity funds; and over 16 years of real estate investment and development experience.
Brian has experience in real estate investments and debt and equity market analysis, and experience in purchasing, rehabbing, selling, and financing foreclosure properties. In addition to foreclosure property, he has experience in tax lien and tax deed investment analysis and purchasing. He has extensive knowledge in property development, including: site selection and procurement, planning and zoning, permitting, environmental compliance, construction management, infrastructure development and management, and sales and marketing.
Mr. Burton began his career as an investment analyst for a private brokerage firm with a focus on real estate and oil and gas limited partnerships. He worked as an investment banker for a regional bank; then later moved to Prudential. Working as an investment banker, Mr. Burton was involved in billions of dollars worth of debt, equity, and real estate transactions.

Hospitality Consultant, has an extensive career spanning over 40 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Design, Contract Administration, Land Acquisition, Entitlement Process, Development, Project Supervision and General Construction Management with special emphasis as a Hospitality Industry Consultant.
Donald has worked in the Hospitality Industry with major Hotel Developers in over 470 hotel projects including Holiday Inn, Holidomes, Embassy Suites, Howard Johnson, Ramada Inn, Hampton Inn, Park Inn, Brock Resident Inn, Resident Inn by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton, Econo Lodge, Days Inn, Value Place, Choice Hotels MainStay Suites and Suburban Extended Stay. Mr. Rich consulted with Roy Winegardner and Ray Schultz, Holiday Inn, in developing the Hampton Inn Prototypical Concept.
Donald has been the Professional Engineering Consultant and Project Manager for a $100 million Design/Build 454 unit Timeshare Project for WorldMark by Trendwest located in California, as well as the Professional Engineer Consultant for Interstate Highway Design, Water Systems, Sanitary/Storm Sewer Systems and Subdivisions.
He has specialized in Project Entitlement for the past three years working with clients acquiring sites, initial meetings with City Planning and Building Departments, Estimate Time Tables, Preliminary Site Layout coordination with Architects and Land Planners, ALTA Survey, Phase 1 (Phase 2 if necessary), Planning Department submittals and meetings, Preliminary Projects Development Construction Budget, Utility “Will Serve” coordination, Architectural, Civil and Landscape Professional Consultants Project Plans coordination, coordination with Attorneys to Clear Title and/or CC&R objections, Plans submitted to City Building Department for review and permitting, Negotiating Contractor Bids and Finalizing Contracts.
One of his major accolades includes Professional Engineering Hotel Design, Construction and FF&E, and Renovation Consultant of a 14-story, 220 room IHG Holiday Inn full-service hotel in Tulsa. This Holiday Inn project received IHG 2010 Renovation of the Year Award.
